Racking for Worktops and Laminates
Our worktop and laminate storage systems, including Cantilever and Pigeon Hole Racking, are designed to ensure ease of access to individual packs which leads to a much better workflow within the business’ operations.
Selection & Storage Racks
- Worktop Racking and Laminated Boards Racking generally consists of either Conventional Cantilever Racking or Guided Aisle Cantilever Racking, this is obviously dependent upon the type of machinery that is generally utilised in your warehouse
- Bespoke Laminate Racking in SR2000 Series Pallet Racking configured in a Pigeon Hole format provides a large number of small compartments at heights that are easily accessible
- Both Cantilever Racking and Pallet Racking systems can be configured so that access to individual packs at lower levels is available for hand picking, whilst upper levels store further product ready for stock replenishment
Site Safety Improvements
- Worktops can be selected at heights to suit Manual Handling regulations either directly from the rack or off the pack selected by the lift truck
- Aisle discipline required for product access reduces the risk of workplace transport incidents
- Both Cantilever Racking and Pallet Racking configurations offer ease of access to individual packs of products whilst keeping damage levels to a minimum
